SH is proud to share its participation in the construction of the new plenary of the Court of Justice of Ceará (TJCE) in Fortaleza. This important undertaking is the result of collaboration and the application of innovative solutions, standing out as a reference in engineering and construction in the region.
From the beginning, SH was deeply involved in the project, providing a total of 205 tons of essential equipment, and the best assistance
technique for ideal support with scaffolding, and formwork and shoring designs.
These elements were fundamental for the construction of the imposing concrete structure, characterized by its robust beams, with impressive spans of 18.9 meters, and a ceiling height of 8.6 meters that gives grandeur to the space.
The biggest challenge of this project was the coverage of the plenary, which has a ceiling height of 8.60 meters and has three large “T” beams, measuring 1 meter by 1.60 meters. This structure required careful technical planning to guarantee its stability and safety.
Furthermore, the external part of the work represented another significant challenge, with different height levels in both the support and the slab, including a sloped slab that required a specialized technical approach.
The active presence of SH’s commercial and technical sector throughout the process was essential to guarantee the success and quality of the work, as well as strict compliance with the schedule established by the client.
As it is a robust project, SH needed to use equipment with a higher load capacity than conventional, which was the LTT Extra load tower, also responsible for ensuring high productivity. 190 tons of LTT Extra were used in this project.
With a prior scheduling schedule, SH engineering was in constant contact with the work, coordinating scheduling and requests for the necessary equipment to optimize cost and use of resources. Furthermore, the online system offered by SH, SH Digital, provided a transparent and efficient experience for the customer, allowing detailed monitoring of the process, from issuing invoices to reports on the entry and exit of materials.
