PRIVACY POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

1. OBJECTIVE

SH ( or “we”) is committed to the privacy of its customers as long as their information is collected, used, stored or otherwise handled in the context of your quotation process. Therefore, we present our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which aims to provide clear and accurate information to Customers about the processing of personal data carried out by SH. This document aims to objectively present the characteristics and hypotheses of processing your personal data.

2. WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

SH, as the company responsible for conducting the quotation process, is the controller of your personal data. For the purposes of applicable law, the controller is responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data.

3. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS

The types of personal data that SH will treat throughout its quotation process are:

•  Contact information:SH will treat your contact data such as name, e-mail address, telephone , the company you work for to contact you about the status of the quoting process;

4. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

SH may share your personal data with third parties or business partners, which are relevant for the purposes of managing the Quotation process. Said sharing takes place based on the following criteria and for the purposes described below.

• Service providers:
  We may share your personal data with service providers contracted by SH for the purpose of providing marketing software and other information technology for managing the quotation process, among others.
• Competent Authority Request:
  SH may still share your personal data with third parties (including government agencies) in order to respond to investigations, judicial measures, legal proceedings or to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or if otherwise required by law.
• New business:
  If SH is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets, your personal data may be transferred to the company or person purchaser. In circumstances where the identity of the controller of your personal data changes as a result of any transaction, you will be notified of any choices you may have regarding your personal data.

5. TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE BRAZIL

SH may transfer some of your personal data to service providers located abroad, including cloud service providers.

When your personal data is transferred outside Brazil by SH, SH will take appropriate measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data in accordance with the requirements applicable data protection legislation, including by entering into appropriate data transfer agreements with third parties for your personal data where required.

6. HOW LONG WILL WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We store and retain your data: (i) for as long as required by law; (ii) until the end of the processing of personal data, as mentioned below; or (iii) for the time necessary to preserve SH’s legitimate interest, as the case may be. Thus, we will treat your data, for example, during the applicable statute of limitations or as necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The termination of the processing of personal data will occur in the following cases:

• When the purpose for which the Customer’s personal data was collected is achieved and/or the personal data collected is no longer necessary or relevant within reach for such purpose;
• When the Client is within his rights to request the termination of treatment and the deletion of his personal data and he does so;< /li>

And When there is a legal determination in this regard. In these cases of termination of processing of the Customer’s personal data, subject to the assumptions established by applicable law or by this Privacy Policy, personal data will be deleted.

Please contact the Commercial area of SH or the Data Protection Officer in case of updating or correction of any errors in the personal data that the SH treat about you.

7. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU:

You will have rights in relation to your personal data. Such rights include, but are not limited to:

• Receive clear and complete information about the processing of your personal data, including the hypotheses of sharing personal data;</ li>
• Request access to your personal data and/or confirmation of the existence of data processing;
• Request us to rectify any inaccurate, incomplete and outdated personal data;
• Oppose to processing activities, request anonymization and deletion of personal data, in specific circumstances;
• Request the portability of your personal data;
• Revoke consent at any time when SH processes your personal data on the basis of consent;
• Request the review of automated decisions that may affect your interests. sh.com.br

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

SH uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or illegal treatment and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. Your personal data is securely stored on protected equipment. Only a limited number of people will have access to such equipment and only individuals with legitimate reasons will have access to your personal data.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

SH reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated version on its website. In case of relevant changes to this Privacy Policy, the Customer will receive a notice in this regard.
