Civil construction is constantly evolving,
driven by the search for smarter, more efficient and safer solutions. This evolution is evidenced by the partnership between Rivello Construtora and SH, an alliance that is redefining standards and shaping the future of the construction industry in Teresina/PI.
At the center of this collaboration is the project for the Ilhotas Premiere building, a 13-story project, with the first two floors dedicated to parking, the next ten for apartments and the last reserved for a leisure area.
Since the beginning of this venture, SH has provided all the necessary support to the customer, in addition to the equipment, offering assembly guidance, constant technical visits and even virtual visits.
This dedication highlights the service standards that make the SH partnership so much more efficient: security, transparency, commitment, support and agility.
The main challenge faced by the team in this project was to ensure agility and efficiency in construction, especially due to the client’s choice of prestressed concrete construction system.
Using this system required ways that were agile and easy to handle, which represented a significant challenge in terms of logistics and productivity.
To meet this demand, it was crucial to find a supplier that offered products and solutions capable of providing the agility and ease necessary to execute the slabs efficiently.
In addition to providing Topec ® SH equipment as a solution to the challenge, one of SH’s main actions in this project was to provide comprehensive technical support, including assembly guidance, constant visits and even virtual visits to assist the Rivello Construtora team.
To overcome the challenge, SH recommended the Topec ® SH formwork system, which guarantees agility and ease in assembly, better concrete finishing and greater durability, thus meeting Rivello’s needs.

This solution allows for cleaner, faster and safer work, in addition to significantly increasing productivity. While the national average is 0.3 man hours per square meter, in this project they managed to reach 0.2 man hours per square meter, representing a 50% gain in efficiency.
Therefore, the partnership between Rivello Construtora and SH in the work on the Ilhotas Premiere building was marked by overcoming the challenge of making construction more efficient and productive, with SH playing a fundamental role in providing technical support and a specific solution suited to the needs of the work.

SH is recognized for the quality and efficiency of its services in large works. But we are not the ones saying that. The person saying this is one of the professionals involved, who had a partnership with SH.
I personally had never worked with SH and, in fact, they delivered everything they were promising in terms of productivity. The partnership was so productive that we are trying to implement this in other projects we have with the same prestressed concrete construction system. Therefore, it was a very good and productive result that we obtained.
