Concreform SH®
In some cases of industrial works, there is a need for a formwork system that can adapt to different uses, and that guarantees safety and productivity. Light and at the same time rigid, the Concreform SH® system can be moved manually or with the help of a crane. It is made up of panels on a galvanized steel chassis, shaped with a special profile, covered with 15 mm plastic-coated plywood.
INDUSTRIAL WORKS
Industrial works face the greatest challenge of executing different concrete structures with the same equipment in the shortest possible time. Access to the project needs to be designed to transport large vehicles such as a crane and trailer. Works with a location that is difficult to access are even more challenging, as they involve a large logistical study. The choice of equipment for the formwork depends largely on the method of execution that our client intends to adopt.
An important industrial project in the city of Minga Guazú, located in the Department of Alto Paraná, Paraguay. The enlargement
of the factory, which will now have 3 more structures for the production of gelatins and collagen peptides. Clarifier, Aeration Lagoon and Biological Reactor. With concrete walls with heights exceeding 10m, the feasibility of equipment that allowed concreting and access, delivering the safety required in works, was of utmost importance.
industrial success of the work.
As it is an industrial project, all deadlines are highly adjusted, and delivering equipment that provides productivity, while being adaptable to various types of structures, was an important differentiator for the service.
At the same time that the city of Minga Guazú is approximately 400 km from the capital Asunción, with journeys taking an average of 5 hours, it was necessary to think from a logistical point of view, minimizing freight through the adaptability of
equipment.
For this purpose, the Concreform SH® system was used for the shape of the walls, since the use of different accessories allows the execution of straight and curved structures, as well as LTT, which was used to support slabs of up to 1.00m. thick and
also as access scaffolding in some situations.
After the first stage of concreting the biological reactor, it was possible to use the holes das Barras CF from the previous stage as support to the next step, as well as the rearrangement of these forms for execution of the aeration pond, thus minimizing way the required number of panels and optimizing the logistics of the work. The biological reactor had a corbel intermediate with a variable height of concrete, reaching a maximum of 1.00m, way in which shoring was necessary with the LTT Cargo tower, which was initially used as service scaffolding for assembly and concreting.
With the projects defined by the best solution to meet the project, planning begins to supply the equipment that will be transported to the site.
The service included forms, scaffolding and shoring for two structures built simultaneously, between LTT load tower, formwork
Concreform for concrete, Facade, C profile plus accessories.
