In 2017, we saw a unique opportunity to join forces with Dimensional Engineering to improve processes constructive aspects of the company. It was at that moment that our partnership began to bear fruit. With the use of our Tekko SH® system and its versatility, we work together on several challenging projects, including the construction of tanks of different shapes.

From the Construction of Clinics to Sanitation Works:
Dimensional Engenharia is widely recognized for its
high quality works in clinics and hospitals, and recently
expanded its activities to the sanitation sector.
Currently, all Dimensional projects in this segment
have the collaboration of SH Formas. We use the shapes
Tekko SH®, a system composed of panels on a steel chassis covered with plasticized plywood, in addition to ladders Colectivo Access 325, Andaime Fachadeiro, among others. These metallic solutions have optimized the productivity and quality of reinforced structures.
Optimization in Different Geometries:
One of the most impressive aspects of our partnership is the ability to face structures with varied geometries. This includes aeration tanks, sludge thickening and
circular with diameters greater than 30 meters and heights that exceed 6 meters. The Tekko SH® system allows optimization of the number of forms, ensuring their reuse in different stages of concreting, saving labor and speeding up execution. Furthermore, the system supports solutions in climbing form, keeping a line secured and facilitating the relocation of the rest of the set. The use of Facade Scaffolding and Modular Ladder ensures safety and access to both the walls and the interior of the tanks.
