SH confirms its presence at ConstruNordeste 2025 with a lecture on the challenges of the construction workforce

SH will be present at ConstruNordeste 2025, one of the main meetings for the construction industry in Brazil. The event will be held from October 15th to 17th at the Salvador Convention Center, bringing together professionals, companies, and experts to discuss trends, challenges, and solutions that are shaping the future of construction in the North and Northeast regions.

During the three-day fair, visitors will be able to learn firsthand about SH’s solutions that are driving the industrialization of the construction industry, focusing on productivity, safety, and efficiency on construction sites. We will be at Booth B29 – ASA B, ready to present our technologies in formwork, scaffolding, shoring, and concrete walls.

In addition to our institutional participation, SH will also host an unmissable lecture entitled “The workforce has disappeared, what now?”, which will discuss one of the sector’s biggest current challenges: the shortage of qualified professionals. The meeting will take place on October 16th, at 4:00 pm, at the Farol da Barra Plenary Hall.

The lecture will feature Fernando Villela, SH Contracts Supervisor, and João Corvo, SH Commercial Director, who will share practical experiences and point out ways for construction companies to address this reality through the adoption of innovative solutions, team training, and greater industrialization of processes.
