Throughout 2025, the SH PRESENTE program has established itself as an important bridge between the construction market and the training of new professionals. Through lectures, technical visits, group activities, and roundtable discussions, SH has brought practical knowledge, innovation, and inspiration to hundreds of engineering students throughout Brazil.

See below a compilation of the initiatives we’ve already carried out this year:

March 25 – Curitiba | IFPR Technical Visit

Civil Engineering students from the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) participated in a technical visit to the SH facility in Curitiba. Guided by technical assistance supervisor Suelen Matos, the students learned firsthand about the processes, equipment, and solutions we apply to projects throughout Brazil.

May 8 – Curitiba | Lecture at IDD Advanced Education

SH participated in IDD Advanced Education in Curitiba with a special lecture on industrialization in the construction industry. The event was led by the region’s contract manager, Isaac Soares, who shared practical knowledge about the use of formwork, shoring, and metal structures on the construction site. This was another important step in bridging the gap between academic theory and construction experience.

April 12 – Fortaleza | Lecture at Estácio College

During Engineering Week at Estácio College in Fortaleza, manager Paulo Portela gave a lecture on the industrialization of civil construction to approximately 50 students. The presentation highlighted how technology and rationalization influence productivity and safety on construction sites, bringing students closer to the realities of the sector.

April 25 – Fortaleza | III Regional Meeting of Structural Engineering (EREE)

SH participated in the III EREE, promoted by ABECE, with a lecture given by Fernando Villela on concrete walls and advances in rationalized construction systems. The event brought together professionals and students to discuss the future of structural engineering in Brazil.

April 30 – Rio de Janeiro | SHI Showroom with ETERJ

In Rio de Janeiro, SH hosted ETERJ students for a technical lecture with engineer Carlos Almeida, followed by a tour of the facility’s facilities. The meeting covered topics such as industrialization, innovation, and the role of SH in training construction professionals.

May 13 – Belo Horizonte | Roundtable at PUC Minas

During PUC Minas Engineering Week in Belo Horizonte, SH participated in a roundtable led by manager Eber Marinho. The event was attended by over 50 students and sparked reflections on the challenges of construction and the benefits of industrialization in the sector.

May 23 – Fortaleza | Scavenger Hunt at Unichristus with Modex® SH Scaffolding

At Faculdade Christus (Unichristus), we held a hands-on scavenger hunt with Modex® SH scaffolding. The activity was coordinated by Jeferson Dias, a SH designer and engineering student, who organized the class into three groups for simultaneous assembly of the scaffolding kits. The winning group received a special SH souvenir. Learning and integration were the hallmarks of the event!

May 29 – Recife | Lecture for UNIBRA students

At the SH unit in Recife, we welcomed 45 UNIBRA Civil Engineering students. The activity was led by Hugo Avelino, Isabella Santos, and Breno Souza, who presented SH technologies and discussed their practical applications on construction sites.

June 11 – Recife | Technical Visit with IFPE

Also at the RCF unit, students from the Federal Institute of Pernambuco (IFPE) experienced a comprehensive technical experience. The 33 participants were once again accompanied by Hugo, Isabella, and Breno, in an initiative that reinforces our commitment to bridging academic knowledge with construction practices.
