Panelas Dam: SH solutions ensure productivity and safety in strategic project in the Agreste region of Pernambuco
The Panelas Dam is one of the most important infrastructure projects for water security in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. With significant technical challenges and the need for compatibility with existing structures, the project required tailor-made solutions — and SH was there to deliver exactly that.
SH’s performance was marked by agility and commitment, mobilizing resources from several areas to supply more than 100 tons of equipment. The highlight was the AS240 climbing bracket system, combined with the Concreform SH® formwork. This solution allowed up to eight concreting stages to be completed with a single movement of the bracket, generating significant productivity gains.
“Any deviation, no matter how small, could compromise the continuity and performance of the following phases. SH’s support was essential to ensure the precision of the project”, highlights Edvânia Conceição, designer at SH.
The project also required special attention to cumulative quotas, requiring maximum precision in the positioning of the equipment. The expertise of SH’s project department was essential to ensure alignment, compatibility and safety at each stage of the execution.
Another distinguishing feature was the constant exchange of technical knowledge between SH’s units, promoting synergy and innovation. The partnership with Novatec, responsible for executing the project, contributed to the success of the operation.
In addition to technical efficiency, SH’s equipment provided significant improvements in safety and ergonomics for workers on the site.
“I would recommend SH because the material is of quality, facilitates alignment and provides greater safety”, stated José Inácio, in charge of Novatec.
With strong integration between the commercial, technical and logistics teams, SH transformed challenges into concrete results, delivering with agility, safety and precision.
