In the Box Studios Building, owned by Construtora Telesil, located in the Jatiúca neighborhood of Maceió – AL, our shoring solutions were essential to ensure safety, productivity and cost optimization.
The Challenge: Replacing Own Material and Optimizing Resources
The Box Studios Building project presented a specific challenge: convincing the contractor to replace its own material with SH equipment. The main argument was the lightness and superior productivity of our systems, significantly reducing labor costs and execution time.
After implementing SH solutions, the contractor himself recognized the benefits, highlighting the quality of the material and the technical support provided.
In addition, the distance of the project from the Recife branch required efficient logistics planning, minimizing transportation costs and maximizing the use of rented material.

To ensure the best use of resources, SH integrated the Commercial, Technical Assistance and Projects sectors, continuously matching equipment throughout the execution. This allowed precise adjustments in the allocation of materials, avoiding waste and reducing costs.
SH Equipment Used
LTT Loading Towers – Chosen for their high load capacity and easy assembly, optimizing structural support;
Special Shoring – Applied on the floor of Garage 01, with a 5-meter ceiling height. The proper locking of the LTT towers ensured the stability and safety of the structure.

With close technical support and adaptable solutions, SH contributed to:

At the peak of the work, 38.5 tons of SH equipment were in operation, providing safety, efficiency and savings.
