Every project has its own particularities and often presents challenges that require careful technical planning, appropriate equipment and specialized support. In this project, the biggest obstacle arose in the execution of the transition beams, which had a high concentration of load — approximately 1.5 tons per linear meter. This type of structure demands differentiated solutions both in the design of the project and in the assembly of the shoring.
From the beginning, the SH team was involved in the development of a specific technical project, dimensioned to ensure total safety during execution. The choice of equipment considered the robustness needed to support the heavy weight, with smaller spaces between the supports, increasing stability and ensuring the performance of the temporary structure.
In addition to the supply of materials, one of the great differentiators was the on-site monitoring by the SH technical team at all stages of the project. During the assembly and execution, whenever questions or adjustments arose, technical support was available to guide the construction team, ensuring that the system was assembled correctly and safely. This continuous monitoring prevents execution errors and provides peace of mind for the client.
Another highlight was the quality of the material used. SH equipment has features that facilitate both transportation and handling, due to its lightness and resistance.
